The iconic Burleigh Wave building stands deep in the history of the Gold Coast. The wave-shaped peak on both buildings stand as a reminder to the surfing roots of this beachside town. These were the original textile factories for a home-grown internationally renowned surf clothing brand. 

Hutchings O'Brien revived the dilapidated site, repurposing the large singular spaces into specialised premises for varying commercial tenants.
